The 2013 Chevrolet Spark has sold an amazing 6,300 cars in two months since being released onto the market. According to Automotive News magazine, Cristi Landy, the marketing director for Chevrolet small cars says, “We’ve gotten a really strong reaction in the marketplace.”

I would say so. For one, they surpassed original sales by a large margin. Two, the expected amount of cars to be sold in one year is 27,000. GM has not stated the exact number that was told to their factory to make, but it will need at least 10,000 more based on customer demands. It’s the smallest Chevrolet car the U.S. has sold in more than two decades.
