The 2015 Chevy Suburban is Completely Redesigned
The Chevy Suburban has long been one of the world’s most iconic SUVs. The coming model year marks an exciting new phase in this SUV’s distinguished history. The 2015 Chevy Suburban will feature a comprehensive redesign that includes everything from the engine, to the cabin, to the body. It will still unmistakably be a Suburban, but tougher than any Suburban before it. Here are the biggest changes to look forward to.
Powerful Engine
The Suburban has always been known as a vehicle that has enough power to go anywhere and do anything with little to no limitations. Chevy is continuing that tradition by enhancing the engine even further. Drivers can select between a 5.3 L V8 that puts out 355 hp and 383 lb-ft of torque, or an extra powerful 6.2 L V8 that puts out 420 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque. Does that sound like enough power to get the job done?
Huge Cabin
In addition to power, size has always been the Suburban’s defining feature, and the 2015 model does not disappoint. The new Suburban can comfortably seat nine people without sacrificing any amount of cargo space. The rear seats can also be folded down to increase the carrying capacity even further. Even when the new Suburban is fully loaded, there is plenty of head, leg, and elbow room for all your passengers.
New Technology
A host of advanced new technologies have been integrated into the cabin of the 2015 Suburban. These include active cruise control, blind spot and lane departure warnings, and an adaptive suspension system. This is on top of the powerful stereo, comprehensive navigation system, and high tech dash that the Suburban already utilized. Every conceivable driver comfort and convenience has found a place in the new Suburban.
The 2015 Chevy Suburban Redesign Sets a New Standard
For a certain segment of drivers, the new Suburban will be their dream vehicle. Chevy engineers have carefully studied what works and what does not and streamlined the new Suburban to be the best build in the vehicle’s history. It should be available very soon, and we will feature it proudly at Cox Chevy. To learn more about the new Suburban, please contact our sales team.
