The First Generation (2013 – Present)
Like we said, the Spark is pretty new here. The 2013 Spark debuted just a bit ago, and it has already earned itself a lot of attention. As one of the most affordable cars on the market, it is also the largest vehicle in its class, making it a great deal for drivers seeking a versatile used car.
Chevrolet released three different trims of the Spark:
- LS- This entry-level trim mostly took advantage of the Spark’s utility, coming standard with some modern amenities but primarily relying on its 37 mpg highway and city fuel economy to win over drivers.
- 1LT- The mid-level trim added on features like a Chevy MyLink 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system, Bluetooth for phone and audio, steering wheel-mounted controls, and much more. These tend to be the more popular models, and we expect that if you’re looking for a used Spark, you’ll see more of the 1LT trim than the other two.
- 2LT- The top-of-the-line trim added on functional roof rails, incorporated a new wheel design, and added on features like heated leatherette front seating and a leather-wrapped steering wheel.
Whichever used Sparks come into our inventory, they tend to go pretty quickly, especially considering that they should all be new enough for the General Motors Certified Pre-Owned program, so don’t hesitate!
