First I’ll say, we are two senior women. We started out interested in a low priced 2002 “as is” car that we had seen in an online search of Cox Chevrolet. When I called Cox about going in to look at, and probably drive, the car we were looking at, I first spoke with Danielle. I told her we were coming in, and asked her if there were any female sales people. At first, she said no; but, after she checked, she said we would able to work with Brittany. We found out that Brittany did not normally work in the area where the car we wanted to look at was. However, she was a trooper, and immediately started helping us look at the car we had first chosen; and then she broadened our view of various other “as is” cars, since we were focused on not spending a lot of money. She was very pleasant and positive-minded as she told us about different cars on the lot. She found out we are going to leave for Michigan in a few days, and agreed that we were cutting it close in our goal to find a different car to drive home to Michigan. Our own car was having some mechanical problems. However, our short time frame did not phase her, and she began to focus on our safety in making the trip. After talking a while and looking at various cars, she kind of kept leading us to a 2017 Buick she thought would be a great car for us. All the while, she was friendly and very positive, while still listening to our concerns. In the end, we drove the 2017 Buick Verano Brittany had talked about a few times, and why it would probably be a good car for us. Needless to say, that is the car we chose to buy; and, right now, we’re very happy we did. It’s a nice looking car, and is more luxurious that any car we’ve had in a long time. I have to say that we’ve been impressed with the whole Cox team. Everyone we ran into was very friendly and seemed happy in their job; and each one seemed eager to help us in any way they could. Nice atmosphere to be around. So, first of all a special thank you to Danielle, who took seriously our request for a female sales person. She went above and beyond to try to make this a positive experience for us (and she did!). Thank you, Danielle. Right away that was a welcoming effort for us. And the person she got to help us, Brittany…she is so friendly, down-to-earth, and she knows her stuff. She was able to shift our attention to a car we did not plan to even look at, and we bought it! She easily answered all our questions, gave us food for thought, and was encouraging throughout our whole process. She, too, went out of her way, just for a couple of old ladies who wanted to work with another woman. It wasn’t her lot. It wasn’t something she had planned into her day, and she ended up staying at least an hour over her usual end time for the day. Though we felt bad for keeping her late, she never once let us feel guilty about it, always reassuring us that she wanted to help us get the best car for us. So, overall, I have to say that I would not hesitate to recommend the Cox Chevrolet team! They were all great representatives for Cox. Stop in sometime, you might find yourself buying a car you didn’t intend to buy, spending more than you intended to…and, yet, being quite happy with the car you ended up with. Thank you!

Cox Chevrolet is nothing but one big scam institution. Bought a used car, they told me the total amount that I would be financing was $16,133. I wanted to pay cash but they suggested 3 months with no interest so they could get a kickback from the bank. We go in today 6/19 the part gets put on. We are glad for that but we felt the cold shoulder treatment from Bryan. Needless to say we will NEVER go back there. Shopped around thinking maybe I wanted a different vehicle only to find other dealerships had ridiculous add on cost beyond their advertised price. One was over $7000 additional. I returned to Cox Chevrolet where Trent set me up with an almost identical truck just newer. Cox has made a bad experience enjoyable and treated me right again. I am staying a Cox customer from now on. Don't waste your time and money with the swindlers. Stop by and talk to Trent, your wallet will thank you.

Billy was AMAZING! He was so patient with us looking at multiple vehicles before making a final decision. He made the entire process so easy and he listened to what we wanted rather than what he thought we should have!!! Billy went above and beyond and we will be returning to him soon to purchase our daughter new vehicle. This was by far the BEST car buying process I have ever experienced!

Billy and Brittany were both Awesome. Brittany worked with us on the first day and we came back the next day to purchase our First Vet. She was unable to be there because she was off. She did email us the next morning to ask if they could get the car ready and she was on top of everything. Her Husband Billy was there the next day for us and they work together as a team and they were both wonderful. If I ever go back to that dealership I would ask for them again, and again.

The trade in and new choice in my new Chevy was made so easy. I love my new Trax.

Overall, the experience and customer.service was top-tier. There was a nice waiting area to work through some emails and complementary water that made a difference.

I received a video inspection of my vehicle and a complete report of all areas of regular maintenance. I’ve had an amazing experience at Cox chevy in Bradenton. The salesman Ty was very knowledgeable and helpful and truly listened to us, to help us find the perfect car. I went to 3 other dealerships that day and not one of them listened to what fit my needs but when we went to Chevy Ty just took the time to actually listen to what suited me and bam he showed me 4 cars that were perfect and I was able to figure it out from there would highly recommend going to Chevy and highly recommend requesting Ty for assistance.

My husband and I recently moved to Florida. We took our vehicle in for service and while waiting for our vehicle, we met the most energetic, friendliest and knowledgeable salesperson named "Ty!" He knew "everything" about the Chevrolet vehicles we were looking at. We weren't even planning on buying a vehicle, but having Ty as the salesman, made the difference. We have never met anybody like him before, but we sure are glad we did! We felt that we have known him for years. Not only did he know about the products, but he was also a wealth of knowledge about the area we moved to. He is truly a "hands on" Salesman, and you can text or call him, anytime if you have any questions and Ty will respond back, even on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. If anybody is looking for a GREAT, AWESOME SALESMAN - Give Ty a call at Cox Chevrolet. Ty is the VERY BEST! We will ALWAYS buy our vehicles from Cox Chevrolet just because of Ty! So Glad we did!!

I had a good experience at Cox Chevrolet Ernie was great with me and my husband he helped us with everything thank you very much.

The people we delt with were very professional and did everything in their power to solve our brake problems in a timely manner. Carey Paige was our scheduler and did an outstanding job. The dealership was first class.

Service Advisor Eric W and technician Roger N took fantastic care of my Wrangler when she sprung an unexpected leak! Communication was great and the prices all competitive.

Jared was super efficient. Bob and Jay are just all around awesome guys and it was very easy. They were responsive to my needs and ended up getting me exactly what I wanted.

I arrived about 15 minutes early and they serviced me right away, no waiting. Very pleasing.

The service was completed in a timely manner and everyone was very helpful.

In and out in under an hour for routine service, with smiles all around. A few months vack this place diagnosed and repaired a "chirp" that two other dealerships in the area couldn't even hear. This is my forever service place as long as I own a GM vehicle.

Took my 2019 Cruze with 49,000 miles in for service because the traction stabilizer light came on and it started cutting out. Took it to a local service garage first that told me this should still be covered under the emissions warranty which is 8 years 80,000 miles. I did so and after putting it on a diagnostic machine they called me and said it was a PCV valve. I went online and researched the cost and on the PCV valve I found the cheapest was $75. and the most expensive was $219. They charged me $940.00 along with supposedly numerous other issues and to fix it it would cost $2700.00. Dummy me said fix it because I needed it back. After they supposedly said they fixed, 62 days later the same light came on and it started doing the same thing. Took it back and after putting it back on the diagnostic machine, don't you know they said they checked everything they did came back as good. In the same breath they said it was something different and that it would cost $650.00. Told them do not touch it, I am coming to get it. To compound matters, my daughter has a 2019 chevy equinox with less than 70,000 miles and don't you know that the transmission went and that would be $7,000.00 to $8,000.00 to replace. Of course that was not under warranty as well .I am getting it fixed on Tuesday by the service center I took it to originally. On Wednesday that piece of crap car will be up for sale and I will NEVER get another Chevy again as well as my daughter. Corporate America at its best again.
