Had an awesome experience buying my corvette from Cox Chevrolet. Brittany from Internet Sales was awesome to work and did an amazing job getting me in and out quickly and made everything go smoothly. She was also really friendly and helpful and took her time to explain all of my Corvette's features and answered all my questions. One of the best dealerships I have worked with and would buy another vehicle from here again.
All was good until the salesman said the tires on the used car i was buying were to old. He said they would put on new ones at no extra charge. When we picked up the car it had the same tires. The salesman wasn't there and his boss said he spoke out of turn. He said the tires are fine and they will not replace them. The tires are from 2017. They shouldn't promise something and not do it. Justin the sales guy told me he would replace the windshield in my vehicle. After my purchase and I took the vehicle home he no longer responds. The finance guy wife is cheating on him so he has an attitude. Its an uncomfortable setting in Cox Chevrolet
Daniel Rodriguez was an excellent sales representative. He listened to questions and was open to sales options and answer any questions. There was no pressure from sales and customers needs were met quickly and efficiently.
Did not let us test drive cars on Cortez to see how the cars handle over 20 mph, had to stay in parking lot. Feel like got a decent deal, had to go through many cars to get to the lower priced one for my budget. Not a great trade in value, I should have sold it to Carvana. My 4th vehicle purchased at Cox, would have appreciated a return customer VIP discount ??
Chris and Zack were fantastic representatives for your company. They made buying the truck easy and stress free. Honestly they are the reason I bought the truck. I went to 2 other dealerships and walked out because of the sales staff trying to sell me something I didn't want.
I don't like that they don't do federal inspections on their pre-owned vehicles that they sell.

My salesperson Nick and the financial person George are totally 5 star employees. I would happily do more transactions with these two. Both were professional and hardworking. I went with three stars because of their website and just how misleading it is. They should definitely remove the payment calculator that shows up when you look at a vehicle or fix it to actually be accurate. Don’t have policies on your site that are not real.

They literally treated me as if I was part of their family! Captain Jim was absolutely fantastic. He was honest and listened to what I was looking for without being pushy like other sales managers. I would definitely use COX Chevrolet again when buying my next vehicle. Juan Palacios was also great when it came time for the final paperwork and financing, I just wish they would have let me know what the interest rate was as I was pre-qualified for a 5.1% through my bank but they put me in with Capital One at over 7%. I will refinance after my 90 days

Don't get me wrong when you're looking for something specific these are the guys to help you find what you're looking for, not just trying to sell you the most expensive thing on the lot like other places but I feel this year has been a money grab and I was taken advantage of. I wasn't even told whom my loan was through so I can get my payments going and I'm still trying to figure it out. Need help trying to narrow vehicles down or finding the right one? These guys hands down listen to your needs and try to match you to what you're looking for. As of purchasing experience, I feel they gone downhill since my first purchase last year.
