Certified Express Service Dropoff Process

  1. Complete this service request form.
  2. Leave your locked vehicle on our lot.
  3. Grab a Express DropOff key envelope located on the westside of the new vehicle showroom up the ramp by the double doors.
  4. Place that envelope into our Express DropOff/Early Bird/Night Owl keyslot.
  5. Expect someone from the Cox Team to contact you via, phone, e-mail, or text when we receive your Express Drop-off envelope to discuss next steps regarding your vehicle.

Valet Pick-up / Drop-off Service

  1. Complete this service request form.
  2. Expect someone from the Cox Team to contact you via, phone, e-mail, or text when we receive your request to arrange for pick-up.

  • I hereby authorize the repair work hereinafter set forth to be done along with the necessary material and agree that you are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicle or articles left in vehicle. In case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond your control or for any delays caused by unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments by the supplier or transporter. I herby grant you and/or your employees permission to operate the vehicle herein described on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection. An express mechanic's lien is hereby acknowledged on above vehicle to secure the amounts of repairs thereto.
