However, she was a trooper, and immediately started helping us look at the car we had first chosen; and then she broadened our view of various other “as is” cars, since we were focused on not spending a lot of money. She was very pleasant and positive-minded as she told us about different cars on the lot. She found out we are going to leave for Michigan in a few days, and agreed that we were cutting it close in our goal to find a different car to drive home to Michigan. Our own car was having some mechanical problems. However, our short time frame did not phase her, and she began to focus on our safety in making the trip. After talking a while and looking at various cars, she kind of kept leading us to a 2017 Buick she thought would be a great car for us. All the while, she was friendly and very positive, while still listening to our concerns. In the end, we drove the 2017 Buick Verano Brittany had talked about a few times, and why it would probably be a good car for us. Needless to say, that is the car we chose to buy; and, right now, we’re very happy we did. It’s a nice looking car, and is more luxurious that any car we’ve had in a long time. I have to say that we’ve been impressed with the whole Cox team. Everyone we ran into was very friendly and seemed happy in their job; and each one seemed eager to help us in any way they could. Nice atmosphere to be around. So, first of all a special thank you to Danielle, who took seriously our request for a female sales person. She went above and beyond to try to make this a positive experience for us (and she did!). Thank you, Danielle. Right away that was a welcoming effort for us. And the person she got to help us, Brittany…she is so friendly, down-to-earth, and she knows her stuff. She was able to shift our attention to a car we did not plan to even look at, and we bought it! She easily answered all our questions, gave us food for thought, and was encouraging throughout our whole process. She, too, went out of her way, just for a couple of old ladies who wanted to work with another woman. It wasn’t her lot. It wasn’t something she had planned into her day, and she ended up staying at least an hour over her usual end time for the day. Though we felt bad for keeping her late, she never once let us feel guilty about it, always reassuring us that she wanted to help us get the best car for us. So, overall, I have to say that I would not hesitate to recommend the Cox Chevrolet team! They were all great representatives for Cox. Stop in sometime, you might find yourself buying a car you didn’t intend to buy, spending more than you intended to…and, yet, being quite happy with the car you ended up with. Thank you!

I purchased my 2024 Corvette from Cox, Tony was my salesmen excellent experience. My service advisor is Carey Paige what professionalism always greets you with a smile takes care of your car as it was his own. Also Roger the technician is probably one of the Best around people travel hundreds of miles to have him work on their vettes. I have been to this dealership a few times for recalls, service, and warranty work. Carey Paige has always taken really good care of me, my family, and our vehicles. I don't trust anyone else in this area to provide the level of service and dedication that Cox and Carey have committed to.

I totaled my car and the next day was able to drive home with an incredible car from the dealership which was not at all what I was expecting. Billy and Brittany were both Awesome. Brittany worked with us on the first day and we came back the next day to purchase our First Vet. She was unable to be there because she was off. She did email us the next morning to ask if they could get the car ready and she was on top of everything. Her Husband Billy was there the next day for us and they work together as a team and they were both wonderful. If I ever go back to that dealership I would ask for them again, and again.

Overall, the experience and customer.service was top-tier. There was a nice waiting area to work through some emails and complementary water that made a difference.
The service team at Cox Chevrolet is very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted promptly and provided with a comfortable area to wait while my service was done. I received a video inspection of my vehicle and a complete report of all areas of regular maintenance. They have really nailed the customer first service experience and would be a good model for all GM dealers to follow.

I purchased a used vehicle without any warranty and although I was worried I have had the best experience I could’ve had with a used non warranted vehicle. He knew "everything" about the Chevrolet vehicles we were looking at. We weren't even planning on buying a vehicle, but having Ty as the salesman, made the difference. In and out in under an hour for routine service, with smiles all around. A few months vack this place diagnosed and repaired a "chirp" that two other dealerships in the area couldn't even hear. This is my forever service place as long as I own a GM vehicle.

Took my 2019 Cruze with 49,000 miles in for service because the traction stabilizer light came on and it started cutting out. Took it to a local service garage first that told me this should still be covered under the emissions warranty which is 8 years 80,000 miles. I did so and after putting it on a diagnostic machine they called me and said it was a PCV valve. I went online and researched the cost and on the PCV valve I found the cheapest was $75. and the most expensive was $219. After they supposedly said they fixed, 62 days later the same light came on and it started doing the same thing. Took it back and after putting it back on the diagnostic machine, don't you know they said they checked everything they did came back as good. In the same breath they said it was something different and that it would cost $650.00. Told them do not touch it, I am coming to get it. To compound matters, my daughter has a 2019 chevy equinox with less than 70,000 miles and don't you know that the transmission went and that would be $7,000.00 to $8,000.00 to replace. Of course that was not under warranty as well .I am getting it fixed on Tuesday by the service center I took it to originally. On Wednesday that piece of crap car will be up for sale and I will NEVER get another Chevy again as well as my daughter.
