Billy and Brittany were both Awesome. Brittany worked with us on the first day and we came back the next day to purchase our First Vet. She was unable to be there because she was off. She did email us the next morning to ask if they could get the car ready and she was on top of everything. The service team at Cox Chevrolet is very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted promptly and provided with a comfortable area to wait while my service was done. I received a video inspection of my vehicle and a complete report of all areas of regular maintenance. They have really nailed the customer first service experience and would be a good model for all GM dealers to follow.

The time there was short. My Sales person Ernie kept me in the loop as the where in the process I was and did a great job. The only reason I will not give 5 stars is due to the detailing of the Truck for my delivery was horrible. It had bird droppings on it.
