What a great experience at Cox Chevrolet! My husband and I went in to check out a pre-owned vehicle and in lest than 2.5 hours, we were driving it off the lot! The entire team was amazing to work with, especially our sales consultant, Jim Timpson. Even though we arrived about 20 minutes early for our appointment, he came out and took care of us right away. He really took the time to make sure we loved the vehicle – we never felt rushed. My C8 Corvette experience with Tony Hockett at Cox has been perfect. Sure, it took a year to get to order the car and 3 month for build and delivery but I got it for MSRP list price. Tony was very helpful during the whole process. Ditto for Tom Hocker who took care of any service items.

Roberto always comes by to make sure my car had great service and he actually peeks in the garage to make sure it was service properly and his team did his job. His ALWAYS in a happy mood and very welcoming. His the only reason why I would by another Chevy and return to Cox.
