Let me first start by saying that I had been looking to trade in my car for about a month now. I finally found two vehicles that I loved at Cox Chevrolet! Tylin Cherry was my consultant. Tylin was professional, personable, fair, a solid negotiator and a down to earth person. He made the process enjoyable and he broke down the details of both vehicles and gave both the positives and the slights that both vehicles had, which weren’t many as I was comparing two Honda Civics. The dealership is honest and one of the major factors that 100% made me sign on the dotted line was the swift process and how easy it was to let the professionals do their thing. I am highly pleased and I promise you that you will too. Just ask for Tylin! He will definitely guide you in the right direction that will be fair for both you as the customer and their dealership.

Bought a Silverado from Cox in 2019. Had a great buying experience with Trent Carnegie and loved the truck, sadly it was totaled in April 2024. Shopped around thinking maybe I wanted a different vehicle only to find other dealerships had ridiculous add on cost beyond their advertised price. One was over $7000 additional. I returned to Cox Chevrolet where Trent set me up with an almost identical truck just newer. Cox has made a bad experience enjoyable and treated me right again. I am staying a Cox customer from now on. Don't waste your time and money with the swindlers. Stop by and talk to Trent, your wallet will thank you.

Billy and Brittany were both Awesome. Brittany worked with us on the first day and we came back the next day to purchase our First Vet. She was unable to be there because she was off. She did email us the next morning to ask if they could get the car ready and she was on top of everything. Her Husband Billy was there the next day for us and they work together as a team and they were both wonderful. If I ever go back to that dealership I would ask for them again, and again.

Derek and Jim were both straight shooters. They were knowledgeable about the trucks and if they didn't know they found out the answers for me. This was the most honest and straightforward buying experience I have ever had. Derek told me he wanted to see me leave with a smile on my face and he accomplished that goal. I got the run-around and an attempted RIP-off by Wesley Chapel Chevrolet. Trust me, don't waste your time with them, go to Cox! The team at Cox will give you a great deal, treat you with respect, and deal with you honestly.

The service team at Cox Chevrolet is very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted promptly and provided with a comfortable area to wait while my service was done. I received a video inspection of my vehicle and a complete report of all areas of regular maintenance. They have really nailed the customer first service experience and would be a good model for all GM dealers to follow.

I purchased a used vehicle from this company almost a year ago now. I drove a few hours to get there as they were willing to work with me on a trade in and gave the best value for my trade. They were very straightforward and honest from the start. I got what I was promised by phone for my trade and a good deal for the vehicle of choice. I was traveling a little distance with young kids and asked for all the details to be worked out ahead of time and it was all done. I have to say just how impressed I was with this dealership and I saw why they had such good reviews. I purchased a used vehicle without any warranty and although I was worried I have had the best experience I could’ve had with a used non warranted vehicle. It is still in great running shape today, I have had no issues. Again just want to state what a pleasure it was working with this dealership.
