   What do I do?
   It's simple and easy. If your car, truck, or van is safe to drive, drop it off at our shop and tell us your insurance carrier and policy number. If undrivable, have it towed to us, or let us know and we can arrange for towing or transporting.

   What then?
   Call your insurance company to start your claim. We'll go over your vehicle carefully, noting all needed repairs. An itemized list of parts needed and time estimate for the work will then be prepared. We'll contact your insurer to verify your coverage and work with the adjuster assigned to get your claim approved on-the-spot when possible.
   
   

   What if I'm not making an insurance claim or if I'm undecided?
   Just tell us. (It is usually in your best interest to protect yourself by making a report.) Often minor repairs may not even be covered due to your "deductible." We'll still make a thorough evaluation of your vehicle's condition and an estimate of repair cost. Then you can decide.

   What if painting is all my vehicle needs?
   No problem. We use factory quality or better materials. The superb professional skills of our craftsmen will be reflected in the quality of application and final finishing.
   
   Courtesy Shuttle Service
   The Cox GM Goodwrench Service Center and Cox Auto Body Center offer FREE Courtesy Shuttle service anywhere within an 8-mile radius of our dealership including Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. Our shuttle can provide transportation to and from your home, office or favorite shopping center. Currently, our shuttle operates weekdays with service beginning at 8:30 am and continuing throughout the day.
   
   Rental Vehicles
   If your vehicle requires a longer stay, rental vehicles are available on-site at special Cox customer rates. Restrictions apply. Ask any of our Service Advisors for more information.
